Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $65 and up! For orders under $65, there's just a flat rate of $10 for shipping.
Order Processing or Handling Time:
Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Transit Time:
Transit Time is 3 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Return
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsued, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

CAN I WASH MY HAIR TIES?
#Teeties are made of fabric (Satin) and YES, can be washed!
- Please separate lights and darks hair ties from each other before wash.
- Add cold water to a large bowl or plug your sink to fill it up.
- Add in a small amount of laundry detergent or regular shampoo.
- Hand wash them gentally.
- Rinse them through with warm water.
- Loop them up on a hanger to dry.
