Our TeeTies are 100% handmade. As they are handmade, they will be like sisters to each other. The hair ties that you own is unique individual just as you are. We do our best to keep our pictures on the website and social media as accurate as possible. However, the colours can be slightly change in different lighting!

Teeties are made of fabric (Satin) and YES, can be washed!

• Please separate lights and darks hair ties from each other before wash.
• Add cold water to a large bowl or plug your sink to fill it up.
• Add in a small amount of laundry detergent or regular shampoo.
• Hand wash them gentally.
• Rinse them through with warm water.
• Loop them up on a hanger to dry.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. For more information please check our Refund Policy page.

We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit.
